Wholesale, Excess & Surplus Lines Field Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Travel to wholesale agency partners across the country

• Monitor and nurture relationships with agencies

• Expand a portfolio of business

• Comprehend and convey BHHC’s non-admitted property offerings

• Organize both virtual meetings and in-person travel

• Serve as the primary decision-maker for agency appointments and commitments

• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with company underwriters

• Formulate marketing strategies for designated agents

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance and the rating of insurance products

• Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance

• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities

• Exceptional customer service capabilities

• Proficient in organizing time and resources while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to research and assess alternatives, make decisions, and provide recommendations
