This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and uphold product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AGI's commercial product range.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to gain insights into product capabilities, customer applications, and competitive edges.
• Convert technical product features into customer-centric benefits and business value.
• Formulate product marketing strategies that align with growth objectives and strategic priorities.
• Spearhead marketing initiatives for new product launches and portfolio expansion efforts.
• Coordinate launch strategies among sales, product management, engineering, and design teams.
• Generate launch materials such as sales tools, literature, presentations, videos, digital content, and customer communications.
• Keep track of market trends, customer demands, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
• Perform competitive analyses and develop resources that assist sales teams in effectively presenting AGI solutions.
• Offer market insights and recommendations to aid in business planning and product strategy development.
• Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including product presentations, battle cards, case studies, application guides, technical documentation, and customer success narratives.
• Support global sales teams with training materials and product communications.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint content and marketing tools essential for accelerating opportunity development.
• Design integrated marketing campaigns that bolster strategic growth initiatives.
• Generate and supervise the creation of customer-oriented content across digital, print, video, trade media, and event platforms.
• Ensure all content adheres to AGI brand standards and business goals.
• Oversee agency and freelance resources as needed.
• Assist AGI's involvement in major industry trade shows, conferences, associations, and customer events.
• Formulate event marketing strategies, product launch activities, and post-event follow-up plans.
• Coordinate marketing materials and messaging to optimize event ROI.
• Work closely with regional and country marketing representatives to address local market needs.
• Maintain consistent messaging, positioning, and brand execution across various regions.
• Share best practices, campaign insights, and performance outcomes throughout the organization.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and marketing performance against established KPIs.
• Monitor marketing investments and assess the return on marketing initiatives.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, Agriculture, or a similar field.
• At least 7 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in marketing industrial, manufacturing, agriculture, material handling, processing, construction, or engineered products.
• Proven track record in supporting product launches and commercialization efforts.
• Experience in developing product positioning and customer value propositions.
• Strong abilities in content creation and business writing.
• Experience in creating sales enablement tools and supporting sales teams.
• Exceptional project management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
