Senior AD, Regional Marketing – Rheumatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee regional and local healthcare professional (HCP) tactics to align with the brand strategy.

• Collaborate with all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication.

• Work alongside analytics and insights teams to monitor and assess market trends.

• Partner with Patient Advocacy organizations to bolster patient support initiatives.

• Coordinate activities with both internal and external partners and vendors.

• Lead cross-functional teams or projects, sharing expertise through mentoring.

• Manage risks associated with marketing programs by adhering to the HPRC review process.

• Provide input for market research on study design and interpret the findings.

• Develop and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to validate and enhance brand strategies and tactics.

• Support the annual business planning process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience in the US pharmaceutical sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in US pharmaceutical marketing or other relevant fields.

• Strong preference for experience in Specialty Marketing/Rheumatology.

• Prior field-based experience is preferred.

• Preferable experience working directly with digital partners (e.g., Google, third-party media).

• Strong preference for experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics to drive metrics-based optimization.

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Demonstrated skills in project management.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

• A history of successful performance.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and database applications.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
