This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Craft creative briefs for editors and designers.
• Track creative fatigue and refresh successful ads before performance declines.
• Develop and enhance campaign frameworks across various funnels.
• Oversee campaign goals, budgets, and bidding strategies.
• Create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Manage UTM tracking effectively.
• Conduct structured testing for creative, hooks, and offers.
• Create dashboards and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Demonstrated experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $50,000 weekly.
• Strong background in Meta Ads within a lead generation or direct-response setting.
• In-depth knowledge of campaign structure, audience strategy, testing, and optimization.
• Proficient in utilizing data for making commercial decisions.
• Experience with attribution and tracking; familiarity with Hyros is a plus.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Experience in scaling campaigns while ensuring profitability.
• Extra consideration if you have marketed to small business owners, tradies, or similar demographics.
