This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop and implement marketing initiatives, campaigns, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-oriented events.
β’ Establish and maintain schedules, timelines, budgets, project plans, and deliverables.
β’ Collaborate with sales, product teams, leadership, and external partners to ensure that initiatives are aligned, progressing, and within budget.
β’ Oversee event logistics, communication, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
β’ Define and produce collateral, presentations, case studies, and other go-to-market materials.
β’ Monitor and manage program execution while providing updates on status, milestones, and outcomes.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes, organization, and team productivity.
β’ Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and accountable to facilitate the completion of work.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, event marketing, or project coordination.
β’ Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage several priorities simultaneously without losing momentum.
β’ Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
β’ Extensive knowledge of the digital media landscape.
β’ Experience in adtech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related B2B sectors is preferred.
β’ Fully remote work environment.
β’ Occasional travel for meetings or industry-related events.
