Wholesale and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee current retail accounts in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia.

• Establish new retail partnerships by engaging with buyers and wholesale contacts.

• Collaborate with the design team to develop product ranges.

• Identify and negotiate with suppliers.

• Manage order processing and logistics.

• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate invoicing.

• Perform forecasting and financial reconciliation.

• A robust, high-speed, and reliable internet connection.

• High energy with rapid email and message response times.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including skills in margin models, projections, trackers, and formulas.

• Strong commercial numeracy skills, with the ability to calculate unit economics, true landed costs, and margins, and present these figures clearly.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Strong written English and a confident communication style capable of engaging retail buyers professionally and briefing suppliers and designers effectively.

• Highly organized and deadline-oriented, able to manage numerous orders, portals, and moving components simultaneously without oversight.

• A genuine enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools, including Claude, in daily tasks.

• A self-motivated individual who can independently manage a function from start to finish with minimal guidance.
