This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.
• Develops and implements the Learning & Development strategy, integrating emerging trends and collaborating with senior leadership to promote enterprise initiatives, change management, and ongoing capability enhancement.
• Oversees the creation and execution of extensive training programs, ensuring they align with business priorities, organizational readiness, and deliver measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and quality.
• Establishes and drives performance outcomes by setting priorities, objectives, and KPIs while monitoring results and taking necessary actions to achieve or surpass business goals.
• Builds and manages a high-performing team, which includes talent acquisition, development, coaching, and succession planning to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders to evaluate learning needs, offer strategic advice, and ensure effective application of training to enhance on-the-job performance.
• Promotes operational excellence and innovation through strategic process improvements, assessment of training effectiveness, and resource optimization (including budget management) to increase impact and efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of experience in place of a Bachelor's degree).
• Strong business insight and experience utilizing cost-benefit analyses and metrics to establish a strategic vision and assess outcomes.
• Over 10 years of experience in training that directly corresponds with the specific duties of this role, including at least 3 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience, along with experience influencing senior management and critical stakeholders, ideally with a background in managing leaders.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and critical stakeholders with a track record of proactive leadership.
• Strong relationship management skills with internal and external clients, demonstrating the capacity to develop innovative and collaborative solutions.
