This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the enablement calendar and oversee the implementation of onboarding, training, certifications, and essential enablement initiatives.
• Handle project plans, timelines, communications, and logistics related to enablement programs.
• Ensure uniform execution of enablement initiatives across the SDR, Commercial, Enterprise, and Channel teams.
• Monitor program participation, completion rates, and overall adoption.
• Manage the administration, adoption, and operational efficiency of enablement platforms such as LMS, Gong, Letter AI, Highspot, among others.
• Create documentation and best practices illustrating how enablement tools facilitate learning and enhance seller productivity.
• Collaborate with RevOps and IT to assist with integrations, user provisioning, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Assess new tools and technologies aimed at improving the effectiveness of enablement.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to evaluate onboarding, certifications, training completions, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Analyze data to pinpoint adoption gaps and suggest improvements.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the Enablement and Sales leadership teams.
• Continuously refine enablement processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement, RevOps, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to guarantee the smooth launch of enablement initiatives.
• Collect feedback from the field and recommend operational enhancements that improve the learner experience and program effectiveness.
• Assist in standardizing enablement processes and documentation throughout the organization.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Enablement Operations, Learning Operations, Program Management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience managing enablement programs, systems, or operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with administering or driving the adoption of enablement technologies such as LMS, Gong, Highspot, Letter AI, etc.
• Strong program management and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in measuring enablement effectiveness through comprehensive reporting and analytics.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI-driven enablement and productivity tools.
• Prior experience in a rapidly growing SaaS or cybersecurity company is preferred.
