White Glove Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• In the role of a White Glove Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, integration, testing, and documentation of enterprise networking, wireless systems, computing, storage, and data center infrastructure at client sites across North America.

• You will ensure that installations are clean, precise, and reliable, adhering to engineering documentation, manufacturer specifications, customer requirements, and the high standards of Myriad360’s White Glove service.

• Your duties will encompass rack integration, structured cabling, installation of wireless access points, testing, validation, documentation, and providing customer-facing field support.

• You will complete the Myriad360 White Glove Academy within your first 30 days of employment, equipping you to independently represent Myriad360 and deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in installing enterprise network, data center, or IT infrastructure.

• Familiarity with structured copper and fiber-optic cabling.

• Experience in mounting wireless access points and enterprise network equipment.

• Capability to read and interpret floor plans, rack elevations, cable schedules, and installation drawings.

• Basic knowledge of enterprise networking and infrastructure hardware.

• Proficiency in safely using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts.

• Outstanding attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight trips and scheduled maintenance windows.

• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Capacity to work safely on ladders, lifts, and during active customer jobsites.
