This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Guide clients through comprehensive Dayforce WFM implementations, covering requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules, which include timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay code mappings, and integrations of workforce data.
• Develop data mapping from source systems to Dayforce WFM, draft functional specifications for customizations, and oversee the testing and client acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Generate and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, and project plans throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.
• Engage with clients confidently, addressing questions and feedback professionally, while establishing trust through consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Timely and professionally escalate issues to peers, project managers, or practice leads as necessary.
• Handle multiple client engagements simultaneously, accurately tracking your own time, forecasting hours, and understanding and monitoring your performance metrics.
• Present materials and facilitate working sessions for client teams, showcasing ownership of your work and adopting a trusted advisor role.
• Offer best-practice recommendations to clients, leveraging your growing expertise in Dayforce WFM to help identify appropriate solutions for their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with internal project teams, contribute actively as a team player, assist others in problem-solving, and lead by example in daily tasks.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in implementing Dayforce WFM, including the configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and pay rules.
• A sense of ownership with the capability to take accountability for your work, deliver high-quality output, and proactively manage your time and performance goals.
• Confidence in client interactions, with the ability to build client trust, engage stakeholders professionally, and handle feedback constructively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present materials and facilitate client working sessions effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple clients at once, complete timesheets promptly, and meet or exceed utilization targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Dayforce WFM certification is a significant advantage, or a commitment to obtaining certification during the onboarding process.
