Werkstudent Projektmanagement – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You actively support our Professional Services Team in ongoing customer projects, taking on diverse tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

• You assist in project management by preparing meetings before and after, coordinating tasks, and ensuring all parties remain informed.

• You help with technical configurations within our platform, such as handling APIs, data structures, and system logics.

• You contribute to the creation and preparation of presentations, documentation, and concepts for our clients.

• You prepare for customer meetings and workshops, providing support during the execution – both organizationally and content-wise.

• With the assistance of your team, you familiarize yourself with our product and technologies, gradually building a solid understanding of our solutions.

• You engage with internal stakeholders and, depending on your experience, also directly with customers to understand and implement requirements.

• You assist in templating for our clients, ideally bringing initial experience with technologies such as basic JavaScript, XML, and XSLT transformations.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying Business Informatics or Business Administration with a clear focus on IT, digitalization, or project management – or a comparable field of study.

• You possess a solid technical understanding and ideally have already worked with APIs, JSON, or similar data structures.

• You have gained initial practical experience in relevant areas, such as software projects, technical environments, project management, or working with digital tools.

• You work in a structured manner, think critically, and have a good sense of the connections between technology, processes, and customer requirements.

• You are interested in being actively involved in customer projects and taking on responsibilities in the future.

• You are communicative, confident, and unafraid to engage in discussions – even in an international context.

• Experience with tools like GitHub, IntelliJ, or similar technologies is advantageous, but not mandatory.
