This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Customer Communication: You will be in direct contact with our clients via WhatsApp, assisting with the acceptance of offers.

• Proposal Creation and Email Dispatch: You will create customized proposals and send them to clients.

• Management of Ghostwriters and Clients.

• Assignment Distribution: You will allocate tasks to suitable ghostwriters and ensure they are completed on time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: You are an enrolled student, preferably in a business, communications, or project management-related program.

• Communication Skills: You are confident in both written and verbal communication with clients, and can express yourself clearly and professionally—especially in WhatsApp and email communications.

• Organizational Talent: You possess good time management skills, can keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

• IT Skills: You have experience with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs) and are willing to learn new tools like Notion.

• Flexibility and Independence.

• Experience in Customer Service or Project Management: Ideally, you have some prior experience in customer communication or project coordination, although this is not mandatory.
