Werkstudent Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support in the operational planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads) in the B2B sector.

• Participation in the maintenance, further development, and efficient utilization of acquired leads in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).

• Analysis of campaign performance, creation of dashboards, and derivation of specific optimization measures.

• Active involvement in lead management: qualification of leads (MQLs), guidance throughout the entire customer journey, and ensuring smooth handovers to sales.

• Close collaboration with the sales team and insights into real go-to-market processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Initial practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Basic knowledge of HubSpot is desirable.

• Interest in B2B marketing, performance marketing, and tech/cybersecurity topics.

• High self-initiative, strong online affinity, and pronounced analytical-conceptual thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with excellent German and English language proficiency.
