Werkstudent Marketing – Grafikdesign

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Creation of static advertisements for Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads)

• Development of visual concepts for performance marketing campaigns

• Design of graphics, illustrations, and creatives aimed at increasing engagement and conversions

• Production and editing of visual content using traditional design tools and AI

• Development of innovative creative approaches and testing various visuals for paid ads

• Utilization of modern AI tools for creating images, illustrations, and marketing materials

• Research into new design and creative trends in performance marketing

• Close collaboration with performance marketing and content marketing teams

• Implementation of briefs while contributing personal ideas

• Continuous optimization of existing creatives based on performance data and feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong sense of modern design and visual communication

• Interest in performance marketing and understanding of why certain ads succeed

• Initial experience in graphic design – whether personal, academic, or professional

• Creative, organized, and independent working style

• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and incorporate them into work

• Availability to work 15–20 hours per week alongside studies

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar design tools (Nice-to-have)

• Initial exposure to generative AI for images or graphics, such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Adobe Firefly (Nice-to-have)

• Interest in performance marketing, Meta Ads, or conversion optimization (Nice-to-have)

• Portfolio showcasing personal design projects or social media creatives (Nice-to-have)
