This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Preliminary evaluation of claim topics through initial legal examination and assessment of incoming claims.

• Preparation of decision-making documents regarding open legal questions.

• Support with contract and claims law issues in daily business operations.

• Close collaboration with management on unresolved and ambiguous cases.

• Future involvement in legal matters concerning digital products and coaching services.

• Ongoing studies in law at a German university.

• Enrollment is mandatory.

• Ideally in an advanced semester.

• Preferably with initial exposure to claims management or contract law.
