Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to assist with litigation efforts.

• Offer legal counsel to clients dealing with consumer debt issues.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing legal representatives.

• Remain updated on changes in applicable laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with and support staff to meet case objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a recognized law school.

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Extensive experience in litigation.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and agreements.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with law office software and tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.

• Washington Bar license is required.
