This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create appropriate interventions and provide specialized wellbeing support to participants facing challenges related to confidence, anxiety, wellbeing, motivation, or life situations.
• Perform wellbeing assessments and craft individualized wellbeing action plans.
• Offer one-on-one coaching aimed at enhancing confidence, resilience, motivation, and job readiness.
• Develop and lead group workshops and wellbeing interventions.
• Assist participants in cultivating positive behaviors, routines, and coping strategies that enhance wellbeing and improve employment results.
• Support participants in identifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and advancing towards sustainable employment.
• Collaborate with specialists, Employment Advisors, and broader teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Recognize participants in need of additional support and provide suitable referrals through established pathways.
• Establish strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, local services, and community organizations.
• Keep precise records and fulfill evidence requirements in accordance with quality and contractual standards.
• Contribute to reviews of specialist pathways and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• A degree, Level 4+ qualification, or equivalent experience in Psychology, Health & Social Care, Counselling, Coaching, Mental Health, or a related field.
• Proven experience aiding individuals in overcoming psychological and behavioral challenges through coaching, mentoring, wellbeing support, or similar methods.
• Insight into how confidence, anxiety, motivation, wellbeing, and other psychological and behavioral factors can influence progress towards employment and positive life outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in providing one-on-one support.
• Capable of facilitating behavioral change and goal setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a person-centered approach.
• Mental Health First Aid qualification is preferred.
• Motivational Interviewing training is an advantage.
• Experience in employability, wellbeing, welfare-to-work, education, voluntary, or community support services is desirable.
• Knowledge of disability, inclusion, and workplace wellbeing is a plus.
• Familiarity with local health, wellbeing, and community support services is advantageous.
• An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
