• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to enhance welding safety for ITW customers, utilizing process, product, and technical knowledge to transform safety sales opportunities.
• Manage an assigned territory effectively, adhering to an 80/20 decision-making framework.
• Formulate and implement data-driven sales strategies that promote profitable growth in alignment with the division's Long Range and Annual Plans.
• Take ownership of prospecting and target account development while collaborating with sales partners to execute the strategy.
• Facilitate customer-focused discussions throughout the ITW Key Account Sales Process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and adopt a consultative, value-based, solutions-oriented selling approach.
• Maintain regular communication regarding key activities with ITW sales leaders, regional teams, distributor partners, and essential end users.
• Observe competitive activities and market trends to enhance and safeguard ITW's presence in the region.
• Meet revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Ensure accurate tracking of opportunities and end-user account details within the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience in respiratory and safety sales.
• Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% of the time.
