This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead customer exploration to grasp objectives, challenges, and operational methods, then convert this knowledge into clear solution recommendations.
• Create and present customized product demonstrations that illustrate how Access software addresses genuine customer issues.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Marketing to assist with bids, proposals, handovers, and customer events.
• Develop and sustain reusable demo assets while providing customer feedback to enhance products and improve go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, sales engineering, implementation, or a comparable customer-facing position.
• Ability to confidently articulate technical concepts such as integrations, configurations, and product capabilities in straightforward language.
• A keen interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance preparation, scenario modeling, and demonstration design.
• Understanding of industry-specific processes, regulations, or competitor landscapes.
