Business Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to identify and document the initial system requirements and enhancements necessary for significant modifications to current builds.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on client clinical study protocols for studies of moderate to high complexity.

• Create specifications for IRT, randomization, kit lists, and interfaces.

• Establish strong collaborations with other internal teams to guide projects through all stages of the development process.

• Assist in the setup and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Engage in ongoing learning about the company's platform and offerings as they develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred; relevant experience in the IRT industry may be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement.

• 2-4 years of experience in a software business analyst position, demonstrating a strong ability to grasp technical concepts and learn swiftly.

• 2-4 years of experience within the life sciences sector.

• Prior experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.

• Previous experience in delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR), and mobile (IMR) platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
