Solution Engineer, IAM, IGA, SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives throughout the Central US region.

• Collaborate closely with clients and prospects to comprehend their business objectives and create secure, scalable identity solutions.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, lead workshops, oversee evaluations, and work alongside Sales Specialists to generate opportunities.

• Aid in marketing strategies that build new pipelines, contribute to technical content, and provide practical feedback to Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge (3-5 years) in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, and/or Endpoint Security-related technologies.

• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management vendors and products, with the ability to compare them against CyberArk offerings.

• A focus on (IAM/IGA) vendors and technologies utilized across large enterprises for both on-premises and cloud environments is preferred.

• Experience with and/or management of identity platforms/directories such as CyberArk, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.

• A solid understanding of security concepts and the creation of security roles within organizations that address functional, technical, and regulatory needs.

• Proficiency in REST APIs and familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Bruno.

• In-depth knowledge of IAM Compliance, Governance, Lifecycle, and Workflow best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong passion for teaching, documenting, and empowering others.

• Scripting knowledge is a plus.
