Weight Management Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Part-time contractor role with potential for future full-time positions (Remote)

• Must live in the US or have legal authorization to work in the United States (NPI required)

• Telehealth services - providing synchronous and asynchronous patient care through our application

• Ideally, available for 2 days a week from 3-7pm EST for provider scheduling

• Opportunity to take the lead and innovate

• Oversee a panel of 250 patients (may vary with FTE)

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes, including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine professionals

• Build lasting and impactful relationships with your patients

• Work alongside experienced ABOM certified physicians

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid PA-C or NP license in Illinois

• Current DEA license in Illinois

• Ability to work independently

• Capable of working with a diverse range of patients

• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies

• PA/NP Certificate in Obesity Medicine or relevant background/ABOM certification is a plus

• Experience in telemedicine and remote care is advantageous

• Positive attitude, supportive personality, and a passion for achieving excellent patient outcomes
