Virtual Clinician, Home Evaluations, Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual “Video Visits” with members of health plans.

• Interact with health plan members mainly online to help close care gaps.

• Offer 40 hours of availability each week.

• Achieve a high visit completion rate.

• Ensure compliance with training, affiliation, and Video Visit requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants are required.

• Must perform Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and specific commercial plan members.

• Active state licenses must be maintained in the coverage areas (FNP, AGNP certification preferred for NPs).

• Preferred experience includes Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth visit delivery, or a similar format.

• Ability to acquire and retain multi-state licenses in the coverage area as needed.
