Marketing Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Set up and oversee Google accounts and access for newly hired employees

• Manage marketing operations workflows

• Provide support for campaign administration

• Develop or refresh marketing assets

• Ensure marketing files are systematically organized across shared drives

• Assist in coordinating with vendors and contractors

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience working remotely

• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana)

• Background in VA, marketing coordination, or marketing operations/admin support roles

• Excellent skills in Google Workspace

• Familiarity with basic graphic design concepts

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
