Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Virtual Clinical Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients.

• Oversee medication refill requests.

• Coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Process routine prescription refill requests.

• Address patient inquiries via the electronic health record (EHR).

• Analyze incoming lab results and identify abnormal findings.

• Facilitate virtual consultations.

• Manage chronic conditions through telehealth visits.

• Coordinate referrals to specialists.

• Serve as a communication link between patients and primary care providers (PCPs).

• Deliver patient education during virtual sessions.

• Engage in ongoing process enhancement.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Keep abreast of clinical practices and telehealth advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Nursing is required.

• An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse [APRN-NP - State License] is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed nurse practitioner is required.

• At least 5 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in Primary Care is necessary.

• Prior experience with Epic software is required.

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in MA, NH, and ME is required upon hire.

• DEA registration for MA and NH is required upon hire.
