This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **About Us:** The Boutique COO collaborates with business owners and founders aiming to broaden their network of expertise and enhance their businesses.
• We intentionally match and vet both clients and professionals to ensure they are serious, dependable, and collaborative. Our network members do not compete with numerous others for the same clientele.
• Currently, we have two clients seeking assistance with Hubspot automations and development.
• **Client Expectations:**
• **Industry Experts:** You possess a proven track record in operations, administrative support, or executive assistant roles, and you have your own clients or prior freelance experiences.
• **Effective Communicators:** You exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and can adapt your communication style to suit various client needs and personalities.
• **Proactive Problem Solvers:** You are adept at tackling open-ended challenges independently. You can evaluate the best courses of action, suggest clear solutions, and implement them with minimal supervision.
• **Proficient Project Managers:** You effortlessly adjust to changes, meet deadlines, and skillfully handle multiple priorities.
• **Tech-Savvy Practitioners:** You are comfortable using various web-based applications and platforms that are commonly utilized in everyday business operations, including the thoughtful use of AI tools. You are confident in quickly learning new systems independently.
• **Client Engagement:**
• - Overseeing and executing projects for clients
• - Mastering time management and meeting deadlines
• - Providing a diverse range of virtual assistant services such as scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, data entry, and more
• - Adapting smoothly to clients’ evolving priorities, needs, and deadlines, guided by their business values and processes
• - Engaging effectively with various personality types and communication styles
• **What You Can Expect:**
• - A portfolio of 2-5 ongoing clients - the choice of clients is up to you
• - A flexible schedule. Our clients primarily seek weekday availability, with most project turnaround times expected to be within 1-2 days
• - 100% remote work with limited opportunities for onsite engagement
• - Must be based in the U.S.
• - High School Diploma or equivalent
• - Access to a computer
• - Strong and reliable internet connection
