weclapp ERP Consultant, Remote, Hybrid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the main point of contact for prospects and clients regarding weclapp, collaborating closely with our development team to articulate requirements and convert them into effective solutions.

• You will guide clients throughout the entire journey: from requirements analysis to onboarding, implementation, go-live, and daily support.

• You will ensure organization, prioritization, and seamless operations during the entire process.

• You will conduct onboarding training sessions, produce documentation, and assist teams in mastering their weclapp system.

• You will collect customer needs, convert them into precise requirements, and work with the development team on customized solutions and plugins for e-commerce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with weclapp, such as working as a consultant, in-house in e-commerce, or within the weclapp environment.

• A strong grasp of ERP processes, including order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, master data management, and workflows.

• Solid foundational knowledge in accounting/finance; a basic understanding is adequate — certification as an accountant is not necessary.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills: attentive listening, the ability to ask clarifying questions, clear documentation, and a solution-oriented approach.

• Language proficiency: fluent in German and at least B2 level in English.

• Must reside in Germany or Austria; the position is fully remote. Our offices are located in Vienna and Massing (Bavaria).
