This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and refine the long-term strategy for Dave’s website, serving as an acquisition and discovery platform that integrates SEO, content, UX, and experimentation into a cohesive roadmap.
• Evaluate website performance, user journeys, and conversion funnels to uncover opportunities for enhancing acquisition effectiveness and web-to-app conversion rates.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create a versatile website architecture in Contentful that facilitates scalable landing pages, experimentation, and swift iterations.
• Direct the search and discovery strategy encompassing technical SEO, site architecture, and content frameworks, ensuring Dave's visibility in both traditional search and emerging AI and generative discovery platforms.
• Develop and oversee an experimentation roadmap utilizing tools like Ninetailed, transforming test outcomes into scalable enhancements across the website.
• Work alongside brand and content teams to produce educational and product-centric content that builds trust and positions Dave as a reliable financial resource.
• Guarantee that website experiences comply with accessibility and regulatory standards, including ADA and CCPA requirements.
• Over 8 years of experience in website strategy, growth marketing, or digital experience management, particularly for consumer products/b2c.
• Demonstrated success in managing a high-traffic website that significantly impacts user acquisition and CAC efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to establish scalable web infrastructure and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing tools like Google Analytics to assess performance and inform decisions.
• Experience with modern CMS platforms such as Contentful and experimentation tools like Ninetailed.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and contemporary discovery channels, including AI and generative search.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, product, engineering, design, and legal teams.
• Background in fintech or another regulated industry (Bonus).
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and app store landing page strategy (Bonus).
