This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serve as a strategic contributor on initiatives within the Experience Strategy team.
• Oversee the execution of fundamental Experience Strategy deliverables, such as audits, content inventories, workshop materials, and more.
• Collaborate with management and Experience Strategy leadership on personalization and omnichannel strategies, customer journey mapping, and implementation plans.
• Assist management and Experience Strategy leadership in organic growth and new business ventures.
• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights, translating them into compelling, data-driven recommendations and strategic narratives for clients.
• Perform secondary research to support points of view, white papers, case studies, and other relevant materials as required.
• Exhibit a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Omnichannel Strategy, Experience Strategy, Digital Strategy, or a comparable field.
• Background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data and customer research to guide strategic choices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and journey mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Airtable).
• Skilled in utilizing AI systems and frameworks.
