This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Oversee the development of channel strategies for designated product categories.
• Manage the retailer profit and loss investment portfolio; evaluate new product development performance, promotional effectiveness, and return on investment for trade spending.
• Collaborate with Sales to formulate aspects of the go-to-market strategy, including launch plans, assortment and shelf strategy, along with annual commercial objectives.
• Analyze point-of-sale, Nielsen, and internal sales data to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop sales enablement resources such as sell sheets, product presentations, and materials tailored for retailers.
• Track competitor pricing, promotions, and in-store activities to guide strategy and highlight potential risks or opportunities.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, sales planning, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical capabilities with practical experience in utilizing point-of-sale data, syndicated data, and internal sales reporting.
• Proven understanding of retail execution, trade investment strategies, pricing tactics, and channel management within a consumer products context.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; adept at collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing and presenting to senior commercial executives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
