Website Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Product Owner oversees the management and development of intricate features on the Ryder corporate website.

• Champion the customer and ensure that their target audience is represented and prioritized.

• Convey information clearly and effectively to leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Skillfully translate user requirements into epics, features, user stories, and final product deliverables.

• Collaborate with data analysts to generate valuable insights regarding products, customers, and supported business units.

• Expected to spearhead AI innovation and its integration at Ryder through their product and product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in product management, digital transformation, solution design, business planning, strategy development, competitive analysis, and financial analysis.

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in logistics, operations, engineering, agile development, or solution development.

• Intermediate knowledge of Content Management Systems is required.

• Beginner knowledge of Azure Dev Ops for Backlog Management is required.

• Beginner knowledge of Mural for Diagrams is preferred.

• Beginner knowledge of AI Assistants & AI Assisted Coding is required.

• Beginner knowledge of M365 Copilot & Github Copilot is preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Applications is preferred.

• Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle is required.

• Beginner knowledge of Optimizely CMS is required.

• Beginner knowledge of BDD & Gherkin is required.

• Intermediate knowledge of SCRUM Practices is required.
