Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Familiarity with the systems utilized in the role.

• Recognize and illustrate business requirements in a practical and visual manner.

• Depict business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Have a strong grasp of business analysis concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.

• Possess skills in facilitation and conducting workshops using techniques such as:

• a. Design Thinking;

• b. Business Model Canvas;

• c. UX Design.

• Understanding of business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements.

• Comprehend existing business processes, products, and services along with their regulations to offer IT solutions when necessary.

• Grasp the needs of business managers and customers/users to suggest appropriate solutions.

• Knowledge of methodologies such as:

• a. SCRUM/Lean;

• Preparation of the backlog of user stories for initiating sprint execution.

• Acceptance of stories completed during the sprint.

• Experience and knowledge of legacy software.

• AGILITY - BDD.

• REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS - Prototyping.

• SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE - Model View Controller (MVC).

• DATABASE - Oracle DB/SQL Server/Postgre.

• METHODOLOGIES - SCRUM/Agile.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of the AWS platform.

• Proficient in Kanban.

• Understanding of metrics.

• Familiarity with CMMI.

• COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION.

• DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) – IIBA;

• CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering);

• CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner;

• UX-PM Level 1 Certification;

• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis from PMI) IIBA-CCBA (Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis);

• CBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) – IIBA;

• IIBA-CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
