This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and manage the AI Corps platform roadmap, transforming the needs of fellows, partners, and programs into clear priorities, while maintaining a high standard for design quality at every fellow and partner interaction.
β’ Identify and oversee the metrics that demonstrate the platform's effectiveness: fellow engagement, student NPS, host organization satisfaction, and experience quality. Revenue is the result; these are the inputs under your control.
β’ Collaborate directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise ventures.
β’ Develop the platform that facilitates the scalability of AI Corps at an enterprise level, encompassing partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the entire partner lifecycle.
β’ Create the training product for incumbent employees, partnering with AI Programs and Curriculum to establish an AI enablement path for current enterprise staff that complements the fellow deployment model.
β’ Conduct thorough discovery with enterprise partners and internal teams, then convert findings into success metrics, prototypes, and delivered features.
β’ Work closely with Earned Revenue to translate commercial requirements into platform objectives and ensure the product meets the sales team's needs for closing and retaining partners.
β’ Design experiments to validate your most significant hypotheses, utilizing both qualitative insights and solid data to pivot quickly.
β’ Serve as the connective link between Earned Revenue, AI Programs, Curriculum, and Engineering: align objectives, highlight trade-offs, and facilitate the development process.
β’ Leverage AI throughout your workflow to reduce timelines from weeks to days, enhancing the quality and speed of deliverables.
β’ You have successfully built a product from 0 to 1 and remained through the hypergrowth phase that followed, taking it from an initial concept to real commercial scale. Itβs a bonus if this experience was with a company that expanded from a small team to a billion-dollar-plus enterprise.
β’ AI is integral to your daily work. You can demonstrate, rather than just assert, how your workflow has evolved: prototypes, requirements, and analyses you generate and validate in hours, not months.
β’ You possess strong opinions and can defend them confidently in real-time. You present clear, well-argued propositions and stand behind them under pressure.
β’ You excel in uncertain environments. You can organize complex issues, build consensus between commercial and technical teams, and drive execution without a predefined guide.
β’ You have collaborated closely with Sales or Customer Success, and you understand what constitutes a deal-blocking product gap.
β’ You have robust analytical instincts. You identify the critical metrics and interpret the data to make informed decisions.
β’ You write specifications that engineers trust, and you can effectively communicate a product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
