Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product domains from start to finish: defining strategy, facilitating discovery, and taking ownership of results from launch through ongoing iterations.

• Attain a comprehensive understanding of Cove's customer demographics and establish yourself as a reliable advocate for their workflows, challenges, and priorities.

• Conduct sprint ceremonies and agile practices with sufficient expertise to tailor processes to meet the actual needs of the team.

• Quickly prototype ideas using AI tools to assess potential before allocating engineering resources.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to refine positioning and ensure feedback is effectively integrated.

• Elevate the standards for discovery thoroughness, documentation quality, and collaborative efforts across functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product management position within a B2B SaaS organization

• Experience in enterprise SaaS

• Strong instincts for customer needs

• Understanding of agile principles

• Ability to communicate clearly and directly

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity at a large scale

• Experience with AI and prototyping techniques

• Expertise in commercial real estate, proptech, or similar sectors

• Proven track record in discovery and bet-sizing

• Skills in crafting and leadership
