Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Define the product vision and develop its strategic roadmap.

• Gather and translate user and stakeholder needs into requirements and user stories in AzureBoard.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.

• Monitor the complete development cycle (design, development, delivery) during each sprint.

• Measure and evaluate product progress based on data and metrics related to value delivery and RoadMap goals.

• Communicate progress and alignment with technical and business teams.

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

• Experience working with agile teams (Scrum, iterative development).

• Leadership capabilities, influence, and effective communication with stakeholders.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to coordinate support among Scrum teams.

• Proven experience in delivering digital products and data solutions.

• Knowledge of solutions such as dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts to present sprint progress against project roadmap goals to management.

• Database and Query Languages: Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022, Oracle PL/SQL, and DB2 Language.

• Data Modeling and Integration: Mastery of ETL modeling methodologies and Data Warehousing, along with Microsoft Integration Services 2017.

• Data Platforms and Analytics: Microsoft Fabric, Python programming, and Microsoft Power BI.

• Development and Management Tools: Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies (Scrum).
