This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and nurture relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Manage comprehensive account loads and ensure that customer needs guide priorities and decisions.
• Engage with customers to comprehend and clarify user challenges, while triaging and prioritizing bugs and issues.
• Implement monthly customer reporting that includes engagement rates, lead submissions, behavior metrics, Google Analytics, SEO, and customer priorities.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to management.
• Communicate priorities, timelines, and deadlines while offering guidance to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to generate product backlogs, track cases, and oversee team efficiency.
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrade opportunities.
• Independently manage account progress and outcomes to enhance customer retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and other departments to align priorities and requests.
• Suggest improvements for website performance, creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as retention, expansion, engagement, adoption, and advocacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
• Knowledge of dealership operations with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of a dealership.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, or related areas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient customer service and relationship management skills.
• Capability to work independently within a team setting.
• High energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactivity, and drive.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Availability to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• Must reside in the Continental U.S.; preference for candidates in Mountain or Pacific time zones.
