This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with a portfolio of automotive dealership clients.
• Oversee a comprehensive and/or complex account load.
• Comprehend and communicate user issues, while prioritizing and triaging bugs and concerns.
• Produce monthly customer reports that include KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, priorities, and expectations.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and present customer feature requests to leadership.
• Convey priorities, timelines, and deadlines while offering guidance to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to develop product backlogs, track cases, and assess team performance.
• Propel portfolio application growth through upselling, expansion, and upgrades.
• Monitor account progress and outcomes to enhance client retention.
• Collaborate with digital, creative services, and various inter-departmental teams.
• Suggest site performance improvements and enhancement opportunities, including creative services, third-party advisements, and responsive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and the ability to effectively interact with all dealership levels.
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising, including SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, and Bing.
• Google certifications in Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, or similar areas.
• Excellent written, verbal, phone communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously within a team setting.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, resilience, determination, proactiveness, relentlessness, and drive.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy, website concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to function independently.
• Must reside in the Continental U.S. and be available to support business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
