This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and maintain all websites, including the primary site, agent profiles, and campaign microsites.
• Supervise daily content updates within DatoCMS.
• Ensure that all pages are accurate, current, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams for updates and new projects.
• Monitor website functionality, performance, and technical health.
• Upload, edit, and publish listings, agent profiles, and campaign material.
• Maintain structured and uniform content across all web platforms.
• Manage content workflows and publishing timelines.
• Optimize and handle images and media assets.
• Ensure correct formatting for performance and user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices (metadata, structured data, redirects, sitemap updates).
• Monitor and enhance page speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure website health.
• Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Verify that lead forms are functioning and properly integrated.
• Monitor tracking through GA4 and Meta Pixel.
• Manage integrations with Klaviyo and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with developers on deployments via Vercel.
• Maintain basic Git workflows.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing content-rich websites using a headless CMS (e.g., DatoCMS, Sanity, Contentful).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown.
• Understanding of SEO (both technical and on-page).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Nice to Have (Bonus): Familiarity with Next.js environments.
• Background in real estate, luxury, or editorial sectors.
• Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
• Familiarity with contemporary image CDNs and asset pipelines.
