This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee our Webflow website across all regions (including pages, CMS, and overall structure)
• Develop and enhance landing pages focused on conversion for various campaigns and product initiatives
• Integrate marketing and SEO/GEO strategies into effective, user-centered web pages
• Design and conduct A/B tests to consistently boost conversion rates
• Utilize UX/UI principles to establish clear and intuitive page layouts
• Apply SEO best practices while ensuring technical quality
• Maintain performance standards, including load times and Core Web Vitals
• Manage and improve tracking systems (GA4, GTM) to secure reliable data
• Coordinate international versions of the website and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Work alongside external partners on more intricate projects
• 2–3+ years of experience with Webflow (Client First)
• Proven experience in creating conversion-optimized landing pages (preferably B2B/SaaS)
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and website performance metrics
• Strong UX/UI sensibility, emphasizing user flows
• Organized, independent, and proactive working approach
• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Proficient in both German and English (C1/C2 level)
• A keen interest in AI
