WEBCON Consultant – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation team for WEBCON, delivering projects to clients.

• Design and execute business processes, applications, and workflows on the WEBCON BPS platform.

• Analyze client business processes and convert them into efficient system solutions.

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and suggest the optimal implementation strategy.

• Ensure solution quality, architecture, configuration, and delivery oversight.

• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams within Software Mind.

• Design and manage integrations between WEBCON and external systems such as ERP, HR, CRM, IAM, or Service Desk platforms.

• Engage in presales activities, including solution development, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

• Contribute to the growth of the WEBCON offering at Software Mind by identifying new use cases and market opportunities across targeted industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with WEBCON BPS implementations, preferably in a lead or senior expert capacity.

• Strong expertise in WEBCON BPS, covering process design, forms, workflows, business rules, reporting, and platform management.

• Background in business process analysis and workflow design.

• Capability to conduct client workshops and gather business and functional requirements.

• Solid understanding of system integrations, particularly REST API, web services, SQL, and data exchange with external systems.

• Excellent SQL skills.

• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience leading a team or mentoring consultants and developers.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with BPMN or UML.

• Experience in presales, proposal development, and project estimation.

• Practical knowledge of processes in at least one of the following sectors: Telecommunications, Financial Services and Insurance, or Healthcare.
