Web3 Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of the onchain.cc terminal client interface from start to finish across trenches, perps, and prediction markets on Solana and EVM.

• Assume full responsibility for at least one revenue-generating surface from proposal to production, including execution and user experience related to fill quality.

• Elevate the trenches terminal to match or surpass pump.fun, Axiom, and FOMO in terms of latency, snipe controls, live data, and one-click execution.

• Integrate Solana and EVM wallet and transaction processes into a unified interface.

• Ensure feature parity for the Capacitor mobile application.

• Suggest product features, particularly those critical to trading latency.

• Decrease front-end latency on trading interfaces, as measured by p95 time to interactive and time to fill.

• Manage the production defect rate and recurrence of incidents for released surfaces.

• Collaborate as an individual contributor with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps engineers.

• Report directly to the Head of onchain.cc.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully launched an onchain product to production involving real users and real money, such as perps, DEXs, launchpads, prediction markets, or trading terminals; side projects do not qualify.

• Experience in shipping products on both Solana and EVM.

• Actively trades trenches and has a solid understanding of fills, slippage, priority fees, and lost entries.

• Proven ability to propose, build, and deliver features independently without a specification, ticket, or prior approval.

• Familiarity with browser latency and real-time systems, including websockets, RPC streams, optimistic UI, reconnection, and backpressure.

• Knowledge of trading UI, encompassing TradingView charting, order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states, and handling of onchain failures.

• Experience with Solana adapters, embedded wallets such as Privy or similar, and signing and approval workflows.

• Naturally incorporates AI into daily tasks, with a clear understanding of delegation to and review of agents.

• Comfortable in a high-performance remote work setting with reasonable overlap with a global team.
