Junior Front-End Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive features, from initial discussions with Product and Design teams to final production release, including testing and code reviews.

• Develop and enhance user interfaces utilizing Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite, Quasar, and the internal design system.

• Model and access data through GraphQL, efficiently handling large datasets, filters, pagination, and managing loading and error states.

• Create visual representations and complex tables to help understand and prioritize security risks.

• Continuously improve and adapt the design system.

• Write automated tests in conjunction with each delivery.

• Maintain performance, accessibility, internationalization, and bundle size in a large-scale Single Page Application (SPA).

• Engage in code reviews.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Backend teams to develop solutions for software developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with Vue 3 and the Composition API, or significant experience with React or Angular and a willingness to work with Vue.

• Skilled in semantic HTML and CSS, including layout techniques, flexbox, grid, and specificity.

• Experience in consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and managing asynchronous states.

• Competent in writing and reading automated tests.

• Familiar with Git and code review processes.

• Strong written communication skills for collaborating on pull requests, issues, and documentation.

• Proficient in English for technical reading and writing code, commits, and pull requests.

• Preferred: Knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client; experience with Quasar, Vitest, Pinia, Histoire, or similar tools; familiarity with design systems; experience with data-driven interfaces, complex tables, filters, and visualizations; understanding of accessibility, internationalization, and performance; familiarity with ASPM, SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM, CVSS, CWE, and the OWASP Top 10.
