This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create and design visually engaging, user-centric websites from the initial idea to the final launch.

• Develop wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and high-fidelity designs adhering to UX/UI best practices.

• Construct and tailor websites within CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring they are responsive, functional, and scalable.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business goals into effective digital solutions.

• Design websites that range from simple business sites to more intricate platforms, including e-commerce functionalities when necessary.

• Implement SEO best practices during the planning and development stages to enhance search visibility and user experience.

• Leverage AI-driven design and website-building tools to boost efficiency while ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Enhance websites for responsiveness, accessibility, performance, and user-friendliness across various devices.

• Prepare design assets and work closely with development teams to guarantee precise implementation.

• Conduct website updates, CMS upkeep, design adjustments, and continuous improvements as required.

• Remain updated on industry trends, emerging web technologies, UX best practices, SEO standards, and AI-powered development tools.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and developing websites.

• A robust portfolio showcasing both UX/UI design work and live website projects.

• Demonstrated experience in guiding websites through the entire process from concept to development and launch.

• Strong expertise in WordPress, including theme customization, page builders, and CMS management.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS, with a solid grasp of responsive front-end development.

• Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.

• Experience in building or maintaining e-commerce websites (WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization and website best practices.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools, particularly Claude, to enhance website design, content creation, development workflows, and productivity.

• Strong comprehension of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
