This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee website, application, marketing technology, CRM, CMS, and systems integration projects from initial discovery to launch and subsequent optimization.
• Create detailed project plans that encompass scope, schedules, resources, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with technical leads regarding architecture, technical limitations, development priorities, and implementation strategies.
• Convert business goals into well-defined workstreams, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate both technical and non-technical contributors throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Take ownership of project execution across strategy, UX, design, development, content, marketing, analytics, quality assurance, and client teams.
• Direct project planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, status meetings, retrospectives, and milestone reviews.
• Manage the balance between quality, scope, budget, timelines, and resource availability.
• Identify project risks and devise appropriate mitigation plans.
• Handle change requests, scope modifications, and timeline adjustments.
• Maintain project boards, workstreams, dependencies, documentation, reporting, and dashboards in Monday.com.
• Develop and sustain requirements, timelines, RAID logs, action registers, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Monitor team capacity and manage resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish project standards and enhance delivery methodologies, workflows, and templates.
• Act as a reliable delivery partner for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Communicate the status of projects, highlighting health, risks, timelines, technical considerations, and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Foster alignment among strategy, creative, development, marketing, quality assurance, account management, and executive leadership.
• Anticipate challenges and direct teams towards practical solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience leading intricate digital, software, web, or marketing technology projects.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple client engagements concurrently is highly preferred.
• Strong comprehension of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Background in managing website builds, CMS implementations, CRM integrations, APIs, marketing automation platforms, or custom application development.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery processes.
• Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and translating technical concepts into business language.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Drupal, WordPress, Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and modern collaboration software.
• Must reside in the United States.
