This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee digital projects encompassing website development and digital marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate new client project kickoff meetings, status updates, stand-ups, and communication with stakeholders.
• Create and uphold project timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, SEO experts, content writers, and QA teams.
• Ensure project progression through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization phases.
• Review the final website product to confirm it aligns with the original scope and client expectations.
• Maintain precise project documentation, recognize project risks, challenges, and scope modifications while proactively formulating solutions.
• Monitor team workloads and project capacity to enhance efficient production operations.
• Facilitate seamless communication among sales, account management, production, and client teams for smooth project transitions.
• Track project performance metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure that quality standards are upheld before launch and coordinate support activities following the launch.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations.
• At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles within an agency environment.
• Strong grasp of website development processes and digital marketing workflows.
• Capability to articulate complex processes, such as SEO and Paid Media, to non-technical stakeholders in simple terms.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with CRMs and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
