This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with departmental leadership to execute strategic goals within set timelines.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of Project Management team members through coaching, career development, and skill enhancement.
• Ensure that onboarding, training, and documentation processes are effectively completed and sustained.
• Assess project system configurations, processes, and documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.
• Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication, oversee workload, and assist in resource forecasting.
• Gather, track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues while working with stakeholders to ensure prompt resolutions.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
• Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to enhance communication, resource usage, and contract execution.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at improving customer service and optimizing Project Management processes.
• Ensure adherence to training requirements and documentation protocols.
• Assist in the development, review, and upkeep of SOPs, departmental training plans, and job descriptions.
• Spearhead departmental initiatives and process improvement efforts pertaining to systems, services, and operational workflows.
• Engage in customer meetings and presentations alongside Business Development and Operations teams.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects that align with organizational goals.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least six years of experience in telecommunications, SaaS technologies, clinical trials, healthcare IT, pharmaceuticals, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in project management within a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Preferably six or more years of leadership experience, including direct management of teams consisting of 15 or more members.
• Proven track record of leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical drug development process.
• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, operational processes, and customer service principles.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to build effective partnerships and collaborate across various functions and leadership levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20%, based on business needs.
