• Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, SEO, Product, and Engineering to strategize and implement web initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of the website roadmap by considering business objectives, user behavior, technical possibilities, and performance metrics.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance site architecture, navigation, content discoverability, and user experiences.
• Drive and assist with extensive web projects, including content migrations, site reorganizations, new page launches, CMS enhancements, and website refreshes and redesigns.
• Evaluate current website experiences and propose enhancements for usability, scalability, and conversion rates.
• Ensure projects are well-defined, documented, prioritized, and communicated effectively across teams.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders while balancing business requirements, technical feasibility, and user experience.
• Manage the website experimentation program utilizing tools such as VWO.
• Create and maintain an experimentation roadmap that aligns with business priorities and conversion objectives.
• Formulate hypotheses based on user behavior, analytics, qualitative feedback, and business context.
• Execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, personalization campaigns, and UX experiments aimed at enhancing sign-ups, conversion rates, user engagement, CTA performance, navigation flows, and landing page effectiveness.
• Assess experiment results and convey insights, recommendations, and subsequent actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to guarantee precise tracking, measurement, and reporting.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Translate business objectives into concrete web strategies and experimental plans.
• Clearly communicate timelines, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in establishing scalable processes for web requests, experimentation intake, prioritization, and reporting.
• Over 5 years of experience in web strategy, growth marketing, web optimization, digital experience, or a similar domain.
• Proven experience in managing intricate web projects involving multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation methodologies.
• Practical experience conducting A/B tests and experiments using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and contemporary marketing websites.
• Robust analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or other analytics platforms.
• Ability to distill qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
