Organic Growth Associate

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic reach across essential platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create Jerry's framework for effective engagement in each specific community.

• Transform Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trustworthy communities.

• Develop a content and engagement strategy that scales while maintaining authenticity.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure uniformity across all channels.

• Assess sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in community management or organic social, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-oriented and/or regulated sector.

• An individual who is deeply familiar with social platforms and has a strong aversion to corporate jargon.

• Knowledge of SEO and the workings of how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated capability to present "mundane" or "challenging" topics in a relatable, genuine, and engaging manner.

• A patient and inquisitive long-term strategist who prioritizes organic trust over rapid PR successes.
