This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Months 0–12: Primary focus
• Commercial expansion — Acquire new digital business by collaborating closely with the UK Sales team to evaluate opportunities, craft persuasive pitches, and secure contracts for website and digital marketing services with both potential and existing hotel partners.
• Drive upsell within current accounts — Recognize digital growth opportunities within the existing UK client base and convert them into formalized digital engagements.
• Own client performance — Act as the main point of contact for hotels enrolled in Profitroom’s digital services, assuming full responsibility for performance, strategy, and client satisfaction throughout your portfolio.
• Monitor active digital marketing initiatives — Supervise live paid media, SEO, and CRM activities across your client accounts, collaborating with Profitroom’s in-house specialists to ensure that delivery aligns with strategy and meets agreed-upon targets.
• Bridge Digital, Sales, CS, and hotel partners — Function as the link between Profitroom’s internal digital teams and our UK commercial and client-facing functions, ensuring coherence and integrated delivery.

• As the role progresses and your portfolio stabilizes, you will assume greater strategic and market-facing responsibilities:
• Define hotel digital strategies — Convert UK hotel needs into clear digital marketing strategies across paid media (Google Hotel Ads, brand PPC, Meta, retargeting), SEO, GEO & local search, CRM and email, content, and reputation management.
• Conduct digital audits and in-depth analyses — Identify underperforming accounts and lead structured digital reviews to reveal gaps and provide a clear improvement roadmap.
• Lead UK campaign planning — Create seasonally relevant campaigns aligned with UK demand surges: bank holidays, half-terms, staycation periods, and early-booker incentives.
• Build market presence — Develop case studies, participate in industry events, and position Profitroom as a credible digital authority in the UK hospitality sector.
• AI & Technology Mindset — An open-minded individual with a strong interest in cross-departmental collaboration and the integration of new technologies like AI into your daily operations.
• Hospitality Digital Experience — Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within the hotel or hospitality industry - whether on the agency side, within an in-house hotel group, or in hospitality technology.
• Stakeholder Management — Confidence in presenting and consulting with senior hotel stakeholders - including GMs, Commercial Directors, Revenue Managers, and Directors of Sales.
• Commercial Mindset — You possess an understanding of how to convert digital activities into direct booking revenue.
• UK Market Knowledge — Genuine familiarity with the UK hospitality market - including how hotels purchase, the buying cycle, and what UK hoteliers prioritize.
• Paid Media Expertise (Nice-to-have) — Practical expertise in Google Hotel Ads, Google Ads (brand & non-brand PPC), Meta Ads, and ideally metasearch platforms.
• SEO Knowledge (Nice-to-have) — Solid understanding of SEO - including on-page, technical, and local search for hotel websites.
• CRM & Guest Data (Nice-to-have) — Knowledge of hotel CRM systems, email marketing, and guest data - understanding how direct channels integrate.
• Account Management (Nice-to-have) — Experience managing multiple client accounts concurrently, preferably in an agency or shared-service setting.
