This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Conducting outbound calls to key business decision-makers on a daily basis
• Scheduling qualified meetings for our internal sales team
• Assisting in the onboarding and support of new Sales Development Representatives as the team expands
• Keeping your manager informed about effective strategies and areas needing improvement
• Proven experience in a high-volume, phone-centric sales position (B2B preferred)
• An individual who is organized, resilient, and possesses strong interpersonal skills
• A natural communicator comfortable engaging with decision-makers
• Experience in property management, leasing, telesales, or similar phone-intensive roles is also valued
